Constitutional Duties

Michael is an ardent supporter of the Bill of Rights, and will abide by his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Pennsylvania Constitution.  For this reason he is a proud supporter of Oath Keepers.  He understands the role of the Sheriff in holding the line against Federal encroachment on local powers: see Sheriff Richard Mack.  He has witnessed first hand how party politics has interfered with the Sheriff's obligations to serve the citizens of Delaware County, and will take politics out of the office, and put the Constitution back in.
